Project information in your drawings is processed only for the calculation; its content is not examined, not used for any other purpose and not used for artificial intelligence training.
Conclusion and performance of a contract (Art. 5(2)(c) KVKK; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligation (Art. 5(2)(ç) KVKK; Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and legitimate interest — security and abuse prevention (Art. 5(2)(f) KVKK; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your explicit consent to transfers abroad is obtained at first sign-in (Art. 9 KVKK); transfers from the EU rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information and a copy, to request rectification or erasure, to request restriction of processing, to object, to receive your data in a portable format, to know the recipients to whom it was transferred and to claim compensation for damages (Art. 11 KVKK; Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can delete your account and all your data from the My account page or from the SiteMark app; everything is deleted except accounting records subject to a statutory retention obligation. You may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Board) or, in the EU, with the data protection authority of your country.
No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Only the session key, language preference and your calculation settings (profile) are stored in your browser.
