SiteMark Metraj is a cloud service that produces a quantity takeoff of pipes, countable items and air ducts from a single drawing sheet (DWG) that you upload. The service is provided by Umut Vancın (SiteMark / VN-Tech, Ankara). The results are an engineering aid; it is the user's responsibility to check them before using them for a progress payment or a quote.
Pipes whose diameter label cannot be read are sized from an adjacent pipe or a default value and are marked in yellow. If this applies to a significant share of the pipes, the result is flagged as "ESTIMATED" before payment. If no recognized installation is found, the calculation fee is refunded; if the cloud calculation fails, the calculation fee is refunded.
The calculation fee is taken from your balance when the calculation starts, and the quote amount (less the calculation fee already paid) when you open the result. Recalculations, writing to the drawing and view conversions are metered and shown before the operation. Tokens can be purchased only in the SiteMark mobile app via Google Play or the App Store; price, taxes and invoice are shown and issued by the store. Tokens are digital content; they cannot be converted to cash, cannot be transferred and do not expire.
Refunds of store purchases are subject to the Google Play and App Store refund policies; you submit your request to the store. If the store refunds a purchase, the corresponding tokens are deducted from your balance; if the balance becomes negative, no new calculation can be started until the negative balance is cleared. In the event of errors caused by the service (failure of the cloud calculation, no recognized installation found), the tokens spent are automatically refunded to your balance. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
Uploaded drawings and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours; you can delete them immediately with "Delete my files now". The rights to the drawings remain with you; they are processed only for the calculation.
Do not share your account with others; do not overload the service with automated tools; upload only drawings you are authorized to process. Accounts used in breach of these rules may be suspended.
The service is provided as is. The accuracy of the results depends on the quality of the drawing (layer structure, diameter labels, units). To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of results without checking them; liability for direct damages is limited to the amount of tokens you spent on the relevant operation. Liability for intent and gross negligence and the statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits, and to the Consumer Courts above them; for other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
